Something more than a simple Report feature should be added. Seriously.

Yet this might be another boring AFK related thread,

My previous two games involved teammates going AFK at the very start of the game.

I understand that this issue happens frequently and there is a reporting feature in the game specific for it.

But I'm not posting this thread simply because of a jungler who went AFK at the start of the game and made his way back after the laning phase has begun asking for a leash.

It is because my last ranked game had a mid talon insta lock player who went AFK right from the beginning of the game, throughout the whole game.

He simply went AFK next to his tower, of course gaining exp and getting couple of hits by minions or enemy mid laner from time to time which made our jungler covering mid lane share his exp with him.

Of course my team lost the game, but until that moment of defeat, we had to literally waste our time just waiting to be defeated in additon to being mocked by enemy Morgana who seemed to be overly enjoying her free win.

So, why should all other 9 people that actually wants to enjoy the game suffer the consequence from the action of one single person who apparently doesn't care about his game.

Yes the reporting feature is there, but are we just suppose to click on the report button and hope that person gets punished for his actions?

I do support Riot and League of Legends sincerely, but something more than a simple reporting feature should be placed in game.

After all, wouldn't it only be fair if people who actually sticks to the game till the match ends be compensated differently from the person leaving or going AFK?
