please learn to balance guys

i swear the balancing of this game is off the charts been playing this game for years and its never been this unbalanced the new runes crap is so broken you get ppl who get to strong off one item its dumb like when your wrecking a top lane then all of a sudden he comes back with one item now you cant trade with him at all or like a that is literally 2 shooting everyone rather your a tank or not its getting a little dumb i am a big fan of league but because of these few changes im starting to get on less and less because its super hard to enjoy the games with either poor player choices or some champions are just unfair all together i do hope you guys will fix this in the near future and bring back league to its former glory
