Who will be the power picks following 5.16?

Ok so my last three champion purchases have been Thresh,Nautilus, and Alistar. Before reading the 5.16 patch notes my next champion purchases were going to be gragas and nidalee. Its also worth noting that I currently main maokai in the top lane. My questions for the community are, How many of these champions will still be meta power picks if these changes do happen? Is gragas even worth considering? what about nidalee?maokai?

Which champions do you think will be the next meta for top lane/jungle and why? Just trying to be prepared and not dump IP on champions that will soon fall by the wayside.
