Ranked is still up. I can see it and queue up for it. Try restarting your client.

The team I just played against got a "loss prevented" after last game, and we only got around +10lp for our win. Was kinda weird since none on either team had any technical/lag/dc issues. Sucks for us but whatever I guess..
