Evelynn's " W " rework!

Im a Evelynn main I love the champ everything except her W mechanic, its the worst. Riot, fam, homies, brobros, ma dudes, just make it so if her W is proc'ed before the full duration is ready it still has a use. Maybe make it charm for less time. also the viability of her W isnt fair at all... it lets you know that youre about to get charmed, which direction, and that you need to back off... im all for the visual but come on there is too much against it. atleast take away the direction that shes coming from or take it off completely.

...It has a massive slow debuff. Early game you don't even need to charm proc if you gank correctly and kill them on the spot.

does eve max E or Q? i played old eve alot. i miss her one attack line "ive got the TOUCH....".

I've said it before, and I will say it now. Permastealth + point-and-click charm should NOT be in the same kit.

That champion is already doing well enough. If you can't do well on it, practice more rather than asking for unnecessary buffs.

I believe it would be nice to make her gain movespeed toward a target that is ready to be charmed, making her E easier to use. As for this probably making her Q lock on way better, you can make it not charm from extra Qs or some other change.

It reduces MR and slows, I think it's fine really. I even remember a high elo Eve once saying on stream "Sometimes you want to pop it early for the fast magic pen" so the use is valid.
