Proposal for jungle changes in season 6

So Stonewall mentioned this in a video a while ago; and it caught my interest because I had similar thoughts myself and wanted to share it with who ever reads this. hopefully you agree, and you are able to give feedback and hope Riot takes it into consideration for next season.

Here is the video: Brainstorming for New Jungle Items Here is an a layout of how it would be set up; Layout

For Auto-Attackers item 1039 would then be upgraded into three smites; for example (am excluding the poacher's because it is pretty bad...) item 3706 item 3713 item 3715 and would upgrade into item 3707 item 3723 item 3714 or item 3930 item 3933 item 3931.

For Spell-Casters spirit stone would come back and would then be upgraded into three smites similarly like auto attackers; then would upgrade into item 3708 item 3724 item 3716 for example.

For Tanks, Quill Coat would come back and would then be upgraded into three smites again similarly like for auto attackers and "Mages"; then would upgrade into item 3709 item 3725 item 3717 for example

Yes. Stonewall often comes up with some great ideas. This is one of them.

Definitely agree, am a jungle main and its sad that there is no variety when it comes to choosing a champion most of the times; I really miss seeing the random junglers Karthus , Twitch can't forget about Brand

What about AD casters?

like who do you have in mind?Talon well he doesn't have problems with the warrior item, he likes penetration and ad. who else do you have in mind?

It seemed like you were buffing all the other jungle items aside from warrior. I was originally thinking a champion like Pantheon, but if there are no problems with the warrior item then it's pointless to ask.

i see what you mean, yeah Pantheon does have issues (mana issues) i personally don't have issues with the warrior item, maybe something alone the lines of killing large monsters restores x mana base on % missing would be a good buff for Pantheon , Vi (I tent to run out of mana when I play her). That would be the buff I would give warrior if it was up to me. Flat AD, Flat armor pen, and CDR maybe give the machete the passive of killing large monsters restores x mana base on % missing.

just some ideas

What if it applied to kills and assists? That would encourage the warrior junglers to gank more (as they often do).

Plus you could remove getting stacks from champion kills on devourer to compensate.

the only problem i see here, if you remove getting stacks from champion kills on devour that would motivate them to sit and afk farm the jungle never gank. warrior junglers should be ganking since they get no benefit from sitting afk-farming but that could help them being able to gank more than once within a time frame; since they would have wasted a lot of their mana trying to setup a kill in the previous gank.

although its sounds like SAFE jungling, it takes out diversity, which its what makes League so fun/anoying. especially when people want to try out diferent playstyles. for example, i have been itching to try out Runeglave mumu, but i havent had the chance because i barelly have other tanks in my team. or my best idea yet.... Sated Taric... it sounds dumb, but think about it. the double proc on his passive plus faster aa while their armour is down (W)= more damage, especially since hes aa eliant to quickly proc his passive and perma cast his abilities.

i think the opposite it brings more diversity; in the current state of the jungle its hard for some champions to survive in the jungle. bringing these changes come to life will bring some underdog junglers to life, Twitch Karthus Brand Taric Alistar along with many more

Well i dont know about Karthus, but the others can jungle just fine as long as they get a good first leash, not the crappy 2 hit good luck leash. especially Alistar, since his tankyness and built in CC dash makes him pretty good for ganking. And although the clear is amazing, i wouldnt recomend Brand for jg, he has absolutely no sustain so hes gonna need to B more often than other junglers, and since hes a burst mage, his ganks arent good for he has no clear CC.

On a side note: Taric jungle works great with the runeglave or the cinderhulk. i have gone taric jg once, and i did fine, but this was before runeglave, so i had Cinderhulk instead.

the double proc on his passive

It wouldn't because Taric's passive is similar to sheen. It's an on next hit, not an on hit.

^Taric's passive, Gemcraft, is an on-hit effect. Taric's Abilities however, it doesn't have the cooldown reduced based on autoattacks which is probably what Raykill24 is probably confusing. Only one of the autoattack would get the empowered sheen-like effect not both.

I know it's an on hit effect in the widest sense of the word. It's just not a persistent on-hit, which is what devourer works with. It's an on next hit, which means it has no devourer synergy at all.

Miss Fortúne Bot1 votes

I agree, the idea just doesn't seem to have synergy with sated. Sated Azir has more use if you ask me (soldiers proc sated now :3

Yep, i checked after i wrote it and youre right, his passive is sheen based, so devour wont work that well, my bad XD. but i stand by my statement on faster aa with W reduction. maybe a juggernaut AD taric to see how it works.
