AFK VS FLAMING

so i was recently banned for 14 days for flaming in a game where the enemy player was being disrespectful to our team. i always wanted to know how you guys determine who to ban and who not to ban. i admit that i deserved the ban but what i dont understad is that i barely see the afks, trolls, and people who refuse to work with the team get banned after people s report. you guys are literally saying its better to not play than to get mad when ur trying??? when someone else fucks up ur game completely and ruin the experience for u they dont get banned, but when people get mad and flame, which happens literally all the time in video games, you guys ban or even perma ban them. people dont quit the game becuz of fighting with other people online, they quit becuz the game is not fun anymore, and those people who afk, troll and feed are literally DISTROYING your game. flaming in a game is players disrespecting players, but when people actually dont even play the game properly, they are disrespecting the entire game as a whole. i ve legit seen people get banned for flaming a troll. PLEASE figure out your priority when judging players. if you dont punish the people who dont take the game seriously this game is eventually gonna be a reck.
