What does riot think about their grueling gameplay

There are so many champs that are just grueling to play against like; Garen, Morgana, and Leona. These champs have insane amounts of cc and little to no skill required to play them. Garen can build just about anything besides ap and still do a minimum of 1/3 of your HP with just his r. Crit Garen is especially stupid because he can literally build like an adc and be just as tanky as a full build Ornn. Morgana is surprisingly tanky for how little tank she builds. her Q in my opinion is the single most overpowered ability in the game, up to a 3 second silence, high base damage, 90% ap scaling. and atop of that if you get hit by the refrigerator sized skill shot she puts down her W and you take that damage for up to 3 extra seconds. Leona, is one of the most frustrating champs to play against. CC on every ability, insane amounts of tanky-ness,
