Or maybe just up to a maximum of 2 times. Since Q is her poke in lane it leaves her with no escape after.

I mean like its hard enough to hit her full ult anyway.

I don't agree fully because in lane the movement speed she gets from her passive can be used for a good disengage. But for her ult I rarely hit all the vitals but when I do I get yelled at for bs.

Her Q shouldnt be an escape and an engage.

YOu want an escape? Save it for that.

You want engage? use it to engage.

It shouldnt be both.

Fiora's Q already has a mechanic for "big plays":

If you hit an enemy, 60% of the cooldown is refunded.

If you hit a vital, you deal Q's damage as well as a portion of the target's maximum health in true damage. That's already a lot of good things in one ability.
