Top lane right now is literally just pick Irelia/Gangplank/Jax/Garen.

Ill agree about the voli he is just underwhelming in the jungle and the only way he isn't rendered useless is if he get way ahead not even a little. I love playing him but it is just frustrating being a full armor voli and getting hit by a graves for 1100+ on an auto and he isn't even fed or using dark harvest, but sell me that he is balanced

MonkeyKing Dunno man... I don't remember what role this thing played in but I certainly remember many fed Wukongs around 2 patches ago. Till they gutted him... meh *Edit: The others... they existed? JK, haven't seen those in quite some time
