How to nerf Runic/ZzRot Udyr without nerfing other balanced builds?
Cinderhulk/Tiger top/Tiger Warrior are definitely not OP, even devourer udyr is not as strong as other devourer champions (Shyvana, Yi).
Only real problem is Runic with other items synergy.
Riot decided (current PBE) nerf should be: -20 shield -20 phoenix proc dmg at max rank.
Lets do the math how to change his ratios to only touch Runic Udyr.
W and R AP ratios are currently pretty similiar = ~0.5. Runic Echo gives 60 AP and its only AP item in the build. Lowering his W and R proc AP ratios to 0.15 gives us:

I am aware it kills pure AP Udyr. Which doesn't exist anyway. PS. I hope this is right place for such things, if not, please redirect me somewhere else :-)
