Make the camera view the same for red as blue side

It's so stupid when you're playing bot lane your abilities are blocking the base of your screen it makes a lot hard to poke or play. it's so frustrating and when you lose lane and they're trying to take your 2nd bot turret it blocks it even more. yes we can unbind the camera but we shouldn't have to do that it makes it that much harder and annoying this should be the number 1 change to balance the game out. The new camera more (Fixed off-set) is somewhat useless.

I think it's quite balanced now with the per-side offset (or whatever it's called). I can easily support when I'm top side and I didn't have any other problems with the locked camera otherwise. No need to redraw the whole map just to get ultimate balance ^^ (because that's what they would have to do in order to flip it ...)

im not being picky not everyone can play with the camera unbound and its not fair that the bottom of your screen is missing compared to the enemy champs who get the extra view. it should be a no brainer to fix. I've seen this program that people use it lets you flip sides it mirrors the other side the only bugs are the bushes aren't coloured and left is right and right is left so like inverted.
