When can i stop perma banning riven

Riven used to be a champion that took a brain to play. You used to have to be good a stringing together autos and abilities to win lane. There used to be a huge difference between a riven with 15 games and one with 150 games. Ever since Essence reaver had that passive that single handedly made jax a large pain in my ass, Riven has been at least decent. But now she has so many things going for her that it's time to just nerf her. She has a great build path, whether you're ahead, behind, or even. She can go black cleaver into deaths dance to just not take dmg. Spear of Shojin singlehandedly makes her the best teamfighting character, second maybe only to vladamir which is another problem entirely. Conq is also just a dumb rune that honestly felt better to play against with 20% true dmg and stacking on minions. Either riven needs a hard nerf on legitimately every part of her kit, or nerf the items and runes she frequents. I main gangplank, and although i can beat her in lane, after she gets 2 items there is actually nothing i can do unless she is unironically inting. A good riven used to be cool, and now the only difference to me between the two are extremely situational animation cancels that aren't even necessary most of the time anyways. The champion just has too many things going for her. A compensation "nerf" will do nothing to her. In fact im not even sure it was a nerf seeing as she gets cd on her q. Can we please just gut the champion. Seeing how op she is, and how irelia and akali turned out, I think she'll be in a decent spot even if they actually gut her. A hyper mobile, hyper tanky, one shot machine isnt fun to fight as anyone. Also vayne, vlad, and nasus nerfs would be greatly appreciated but thats probably too much to ask. I just dont understand how anyone can even think that riven is fair and balanced in her current state. She has no counterplay. Shes not fun to play against. Keeping her down is a chore, if she finds a way to even get behind. I just want to ban shit that i dislike playing against rather than shit that auto wins the game.
