My friends and family. The great assassin known as Talon must be revived to his former glory. I need all my bretheren to join me and hold hands as we call forth for a betterment of the champion Talon. He is a great champion with great damage, but he is lacking just a bit. A slight adjustment can make him much better, and restore his lost honor. My friends and family, I do not come here to complain and cry, but I come to ask for the compensation of my fallen brother. passive works on spells, increase the E slow to 1./1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 sec

As a Talon main, I don't want him to be changed. Don't get me wrong, I liked his silence and I think he's a bit underpowered since they removed it but... Talon is a champion that may become popular if you buff him, and being popular = "no counterplay" = nerf. And I don't want my Talon to get another nerf.

Talon's damage are okay. More than okay. Riot can either tweak is passive or his cutthroat.

Although I agree, I don't think he needs anything too drastic. Maybe just make his E passive his actual passive and give it a level scaling. And put his current passive on his Q Also, Give him an interupt please Based Rito.

Meh, I think he's in a good spot. His problem is he relies on stealth, and late game when people are upgrading their sweepers, this isn't a good thing.

He'll always have mid game though.

The more sweepers they buy, the less warding potential the have. At least it has its advantages.
