The mid season update?

So when are Assassin, ADC and Mages getting buffed and getting new items?...I mean Tanks were tough enough to bring down then they buffed a few times this year and at the moment they are basically unkillable late game even when they're not fed unless they get jumped by a whole team and that is still iffy but yet they are getting more items to help them...in a way its making the game almost unplayable unless you play tank...also this Rift herald two shotting a tower and it stays up if its not destoyed...that's kinda over powered don't you think? I mean killing it for the Baron recall I feel would be good enough but to have it destroy towers is a little much especially when it can two shot a tower...
