Crit Boots and Changes? Will we ever see 100% Crit chance again?

Boots that you make with Brawler's Gloves that add 10% crit, allowing those Crit ADC's and those who were (are) suffering to achieve the full 100% crit without wasting gold on an item that would make it go above 100%? This also gives another boots option to ADC's who previously just took Berserker's Greaves. Or a Precision Rune that converts extra crit into AD (I know this has been talked about before) but thoughts?

over 100 % was already fixed, they decreased the cost of zeal items and infinity edge then decreased crit rate given by zeal items and shaved true damage and ad off of infinity edge...

ALL IN ONE PATCH like 2 patches ago.

Err, no? Zeal Upgrades stayed at 30% Crit Chance, for the reason that lowering them to 25% would screw with power curves too much AND lock all ADCs into going IE + 2 Zeal Upgrades.
