Tweak-a-Yasuo
Honestly Yasuo with new masteries is a bit overpowered but lets take a look at him and see if we can balance him out shall we?
PASSIVE: Wanderer.. When yasuo moves he gains a shield which grants 50-300 protection.. Resets if hit by spell or auto. REMOVED: Doubled Crit. Instead gains half of the crit he buys NEW: ENERGY SYSTEM When yasuo crits he gains 15 energy back
Q-- 10 energy per Q - Applies on Hit
- First & Second Cast: Deals 15/25/35/45/65 Physical Damage damage Third Cast: Throws a Tornado that deals same amount as the first and second one does. CD; 5.5/5/4/3.5/2.5
W- 50 energy- CD: 5/7/9/11/13 Yasuo puts up a windwall for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds ( Blocks Projectiles)
CD: 2/1.5/1/0.5/0.1 sec after dash E- Yasuo dashes through minions- Each Dash is 10 energy deals 15/25/40/55/70 magic damage
R- 75 energy If Target is airborne Yasuo deals 100/250/400 (+50% bonus damage) Intial Cooldown: 90 sec
NOTE: Rough Draft of possible changes Energy Costs and Cooldowns could and probably should be changed. But Get rid of the doubled crit. It's dumb to have 2 items 100% crit

it would be simply
20%, 20%, 30%
bonus would be
10, 10, 15%
so he would have 30, 30, 15 75% crit Small Nerf when you look at it but he won't be critting 100% of the time

has a lot of weaknesses that can be abused and can also countered really hard. For example, zed has a huge advantage over him in strict 1v1 cases while yasuo has nowhere to dash to. About counterpicks, yasuo is weak against high burst melee champions like akali, zed, talon. Also, he is very weak vs huge AoE assassins like leblanc. In top, just pick renekton, darius, garen, fiora, and he is done for.. His strength is not his double crit, it's his team comp choices and his huge synergy. Other than that, he actualy requires a lot of skill to play at a decent level and even more to be highly successfull with him. People look at what pros and high diamond players do with him and judge by that. But i doubt that they would be able to do those things themselves. Yasuo was my main before i start to play zed and now he is my go to option if zed is banned. He is a very agile and powerfull champion if played properly but people don't understand that. Also, there are good counters to yasuo specificaly in items, ninja tabi, randuin's omen, masteries. Yasuo's crits are weaker than normal, before 5.22 patch, a 55% crit Draven was far scarier than a yasuo. At 55% crit with pd-ie Draven put out many crits in a row for 800 damage while yasuo's crits would do 550-700 max. I hade 2-hit a fed syndra as draven with just pd-ie-lw and a vamp scepter... yasuo cannot do that. Yasuo is a high dps fighter rather than an assassin. While a fed zed will come at you do 95% of your hp damage in 0.5 seconds and walk away while his deathmark will deal 60% hp more or the ignite will finish you off, yasuo will need 3 AAs to do the same damage. Anniecan stun you and kill you and you have no way to react to her. Leblanc is practicaly an AP zed... Yasuo is really overrated. His strength is not his double crit, it's his team synergy. I got hit by a tornado and yasuo ulted me and i instakilled him as soon as his ult ended, i was zed. If you are AP, you can just zhonya's his ult damage, Qss also breaks the suspension and you can escape it. there aremany ways to destroy him and make him completely useless later in the game. Then have your assassin focus him and take him out and the whole enemy team's teamfight ability is messed up. He really needs no nerfs. Also, the nature of his kit wouldn't allow for a resource bar.
