Anyone else get LeaveBuster penalties for disconnecting during the recent server issues?

I am wondering if i am the only person that was so severely impacted by server issues last couple days that the disconnections it caused me resulted in me receiving over 350 minutes in LeaveBuster penalties (Not counting Random timer restart and me missing a couple AFK checks). Honestly part of the problem was i refused to just get up and walk away from the game no play no penalty right?! It sucked i just couldnt walk away i just wanted 1 game that was playable all the way through! Not that having the disconnection issues wherent frustrating enough by themselves but i also got penalized for it HARD! So i am wondering if anyone else out there in LoL-Land has had the same impact due to this recent issue. I know i saw other people having the same issue in game so im curious did Riot just slap you with a sentence too or was it just me because i didnt just log off and play something else? I wont lie initially i thought it was my network but after checking my network (Playing Youtube and Netflix both ran flawlessy) and the problem persisting i was just stumped and frustrated AF.

I know lots of people are mad about IP losses me frankly its whatever i just would like to see something done about the fact that i was convicted and sentenced to over 350 minutes of penalties then come to find out i was innocent!! Not that i expect anything to be done about it but i really think it would be nice if Riot did do something about it to compensate me for the over 3 hours of unjustified penalties not to mention roll back my penalties so my next (actually would be my first real) infraction wont be the Life Sentence (5 20min penalties).

** What do you say Riot? Will you stand by your conviction of a innocent man or will you do the right thing and will i be given restitution for my time served and these convictions expunged from my record?**

If you did receive penalties please post them here i really want to know if i was just that rare duck.

UPDATE

Still having the disconnection issues spent majority of the game trying to reconnect it started fine but after level 6 just basically stopped alowing me to control my toon the ping was like 1800 but i couldnt move and it took a long time for the messages to appear in chat like 3-4 minutes literally.
