Yeah, that's how it works. Established champs get skins, new champs don't. It's not complicated.
Pretty sure they make skins based off champion popularity and whether or not they have a good quality idea for a skin. Not based on what your personal favorite champions are that you want skins for.
I'd rather them make 100 quality skins for the same champion than for them to try and force bad skin ideas on 100 different champions.
They're popular champs. They're gonna get more skins. Why does no one understand how companies work?

. I saw the skin spotlights and her personality just ruins the whole idea of Star Guardians and Burning Bright. I do love the original story line, but when I heard of the new Star Guardian skins on Facebook, I got so salty.
