Enhancing the Young User Experience

I wanted to bring to the dev teams attention is how un-intuitive the user controls are for younger players who can't read or don't read well. My son plays may games, for example fortnite, minecraft, and others. Their user menu's aren't terribly complex so getting into matches or the game are not hard. However my children have a hard time playing this game because they would like to play practice games (Games With No Penalties). So they can practice in 5 v 5 games. But that requires them to setup a custom game, which is very complex for children to understand. So instead they start games, in either CO-OP vs AI or even worse Random Normal Games, in an attempt to practice. But because they are children and don't have a concept of "5 minutes" or "bed time" or "battery 5%". And end up in situations where they get punished by leave buster. Then they complain and cry that they have to wait "forever" to play the game. And even sometimes they sneak onto dad's computer and account to play since they were banned. Which can get ME in trouble. All because your system is needlessly complex. If I were running the dev team this would definitely be something I would start researching. I love my kids, more than league (most days wink), so I'll deal with the consequences of their actions on my account. But I just feel like its needless trouble. One that with a little better planning could be completely avoided. Well I now have thrown in my 2 cents. Thanks for reading.
