So have the 
rework come out yet or on? I see people using the reworked version on youtube but he hasn't been updated for me. I don't know if this is glitch or I need to do something to get the rework. Can someone please tell me.
They are playing on the PBE. His rework has not been released into the game yet, it's only available on the PBE. This happens with every rework, and every new champion for that matter. PBE always gets it first so the players can test it out and give feedback. Then when they are ready, they release it for everyone.
