I feel like every lane has had tweaks and buffs except for adc's. There are limited adc champions that can survive this assassin update without being completely demolished. Also, with changes on ghostblade and drakthar, it nerfs adc builds which make us limited to items.

so the changes to both items you mentioned were meant to be assassin items and not to be built on adc's so just go back to the full crit builds before korea ruined adc's
They literally nerfed the assassin's oneshot potential
imo It has become irrelevant considering this new patch. This patch is making adc life a living hell where they can hardly get any damage off before getting instantly bursted down by assassins.
last time i checked, ADC champs still melted tanks
Just take a look at the adc's that are hardly viable now, Sivir, tristana, draven, now twitch, kalista, graves is now in the jungle, kogmaw trash, varus only decent in the midlane, corki, lucian isnt as viable now with ghostblade changes. So pretty much, Caitlyn, jinx, ashe, ezreal, and jhin are the only viable adc's but still not up to par with the current meta
