Bring back old Quinn!

Old Quinn was really cool champion that can actually destroy every top lane champion basically, but she still has her flaws as a squishy champion. before she got reworked, Quinn used to transform into Valor instead of Valor holding her like a mouse, and it was pretty cool because Valor had his own abilities just like Elise when she turns into her spider form. I just don't understand why would they rework her to be this weak i mean why didn't they rework other champions like Yi or yasuo? hopefully they see this message and reply with their actions and make a sudden rework to her to get her back to her old state
