Can Graves ADC anymore?

I used to play a lot of graves ADC back in s3+4 and he was one of my favorite champs. I was wondering why I never see him anymore after his rework.

Because his AA can no longer go through minions, all of his auto-attacks are cone damage that can be blocked by minions.

This is why he is now played in jungle, because coming out of the side from the rivers to hit people negates this somewhat.

As for why they change his AA, it's because a shotgun shooting BB pellets like it used to was deemed underwhelming, and ofc shotgun blasts that hit everything seems like it's too OP, and here we are.

It isn't that he is impossible to lane now, just not very desired.

Well with new META he can. He played against me today I was Twitch but he was so good,great farming and he had very good damage.
