Best skill at level 1?

Obviously, Blitz Q gets top spot. Don't even bother adding it to a list, lol.

But other than that, for me:

1. Jinx W (the worst example of Ritos philosophy, "if it's hard to land we can then overload the f*** out of it")
2. Braum Q (basically the same as 1...much creative wow)
3. Morgana fking Q (see a pattern here)
4. Riven Q (debatable)
5. Thresh Q (not so high up because technically he follows up with his other stuff for it to be more useful) ...
6. Urgot Q, quite obviously ;)
