Okay, it's time to allow people to purchase Tier 3 rune packs for RP

I am currently sitting on 150RP I cannot do SHIT with, but I only have lvl 2 runes, every bit of IP I earn is spent on champ shards, trying to get good champs, etc (got leblanc, karma, sion, teemo), and I am level thirty.

I want to be able to actually get good runes, it would be great.

Why can't tier 3 runes be priced at 1-4 RP EA (105ip=1rp, 205=2, 410-3, 820-4

Do the same with the quints, or just make them all 5 RP ea.

Why this has not been an option, IDK, but I would REALLY appreciate someone from Riot letting me know if this is something they would consider, or if there is a reason that it cannot be implicated. (Too difficult, too much code, if it breaks the game, accidentally summons Cthulhu, etc)

I want to toss a comment in here.

There may be uproar by some that state "They are just trying to get more money from you, blah blah blah". Listen, most people who buy RP, usually have an idea of what they want, me, I wanted a rune page, and I gotst it. Most people who get RP, usually want that skin for sale for their main, or that rune page bundle, etc.

Almost everything (except runes, wtf man!) are RP purchasable, so allowing them to be sold for RP should be no big deal.

It is nice knowing that when you got 65 RP left over, you can get those 2000 ip quints you thought about, but realized you would never be able to get.

My dream, is to get 3 of the tier 3 flat cd quints, and 9 flat cd glyphs, which is roughly, 13200 ip, which is FUCKING INSANE.

Do the logical thing and add this into the game, in my opinion, it would make buying RP more worthwhile, knowing that you have the potential to spend anything less than 95 or whatever on aram skin boost.

Even if I get the Aram skin boost, I am left with 55 RP, and imagine, I could actually have tier 3 ap pen marks, or tier 3 life seals, but instead, I am left looking at something that ACTUALLY makes me feel like I need to spend more, and that kinda pisses me off.

Why don't you sell all available tier 3 runes, + 3 x-tra rune pages for 3000 RP? Would be alot more useful than those 5k 4 skin, 4 champ bundles.

EDIT: Hell, even a 6k bundle with all 1350+450 champs, all tier 3 runes, and 3 x-tra rune pages sounds better than pretty much all of the deals you guys have atm.

Simply put, making runes cost RP simply crosses the line into pay to win. The more sensible idea/debate is them repricing tier 3 runes or offering the rune sales up more than twice a year.

Additionally Riot already has stated they have a plan about runes, but have only been vague so far other than the fact it will not be happening in the current season.

No, the problem is the concept of "Pay to win" that gamers despise immensely.

If Riot let someone pay to get an ingame advantage over someone else, without having to 'earn' that advantage, will make this game be perceived to be a Pay to Win game.

There is absolutely no way Riot will make Runes for RP, no matter how low of a price they would be.

Seriously, 5 RP for quints? Dafuq are you smoking?

IF, and a big IF, Riot makes them for RP, Quints would cost at least 100 RP each.
