i was bronze 2 after the 10 games on placements i was fine with it but now i had to play 1 game to get my rank back and i played it and got bronze 5 how???? i had most farm , gold, kills and least deaths i earned over 3.5k gold more than anyone else in my team so how did i get bronze 5 from bronze 2 i had 1 win in bronze 1 promoes

It's a soft reset. You will NEVER get a higher rank than you did in a previous season. If you got bronze 1, you'd likely get bronze 5 still. It's just the way it works.
