@RIOT Both my brother and i disconnected in the same game at the same time because our internet connection went out and I get a 5 game 20 minute queue penalty for unintentional disconnect. logic

yeah. It is logic. It's to 'curb' not prevent, intentional afking by dc'ing and avoiding penalties. 20min is acutally a small price to pay considering the 3 teammates that got to most likely lose due to that huge disadvantage.
I wish you would have got banned.
