Varus in ARAM

Hello all,

I'm a pretty avid ARAM player and Varus is a problem. I honestly love playing the champ because you're so strong obviously. Your charged up Q can hit a whole screen length and with tear, you never run out of mana. The Q cooldown even got buffed last time I checked.

These reasons are also why I absolutely HATE playing against it. If you get stuck under turret, all you can do is try your best to dodge. And if you get hit and he has an item then there goes half of your health.

I'm just hoping that he loses some power in the game mode. I usually win with him on my team, and I usually lose with him on the other. Let me know your thoughts

I agree but varus is nothing to worry about when Sona still exists in aram and is most likely getting a buff.

Sona is garbage compared to Lord Varus in aram :^)

Varus is definitely too strong in ARAM, but he's far from the only one. Lux, Ziggs, Jayce, and Sona, among others, have the same effect.

Do you actually know how terrifing is to play against Xerath Ziggs Velkoz Anivia Alistar Galio Lux ?

ARAM balance is fine as it is. A good tanky team can rip off a poke team if they manage to get them not too much fed.

I do. But the damage that Varus does with gold vs other champions is baffling. His Q cooldown is too low it's effect. Xerath is actually number 2 on my list.

At higher ELO (it exists, start working on yours) you start to fear tankier teams because they dodge your poke and get too tanky to care about your burst in teamfights they can force with snowball.
