Boosting and smurfing is allowed guys, so go for it

Last night I just wrote a ticket to RIOT, because I had an obvious smurfer on the opponent team who ruined the experience for everyone, and look what I've been told by this beautiful communitty:

The thing about smurfing is that, while we don’t endorse it, it's allowed in the game, as no player is restricted to playing on a single account.

We do agree that smurfing can really ruin the game, such as when a smurf stomps lower-tier players and, for this reason the system is designed to identify smurfs and match them with other smurfs. Usually, smurf accounts climb the ranks very fast and thus get to their appropriate rank quite fast.

If that player was smurfing or he just had a very lucky game, we can't know, but again, smurfing is not punishable.

Based on that, this "awesome" company doesn't give a shiet about the real experience of the players, all they care about is having tons of kids playing for their skins and RP. Hence why they punish someone who flames and tells them to uninstall the game but a smurfer can live hapily ever after, cause a kid who uninstalled a game can't buy their stuff anymore, even if it trolls your game and ints.

What can I say, this proves me one more time how much garbage is in this communitty (especially staff wise).

Later Edit: Based on a few answers that I've got below who couldn't understand my frustration, I'll attach my ticket as well, where I clearly tell them about BOOSTING.

MEEHIGH August 30th 2019, 10:46:33 pm It's the first time when I am doing a ticket, and this just tells you how badly my experience was ruined by this player. He was boosting the account on purpose, bragging on the all chat with lines like "oh guys, please stop" and ruining the whole game by playing in this division. Just by having a look through the match history you can tell that somebody else in playing the games lately, but the match that I had (where he was Gangplank) completely gives him away. The KDA, the farm per minute and the other games are clearly a proof towards my case. I would appreciate if you would take time to investigate this and to punish him by banning his account. Players like this are 100 times much worse than a player who is flaming in a game, cause at least you can play that game with a hope that you might still win the game, while when you play against a smurf like this, your chances are below zero. Thank you for your time.

P.S: Elise is his duo partner in all this, so both of them are doing the same thing. The Elise name was B******
