Thoughts on the Miss Fortune changes
Hi, I am a frequent adc player, and one of my favorite (and most played) adc's is Miss Fortune. I play her:
- When Jinx isn't available
- To counter heal-based champions such as Mundo and Soraka.
Like most of Miss Fortune's many players, I was excited to hear about her new visual updates. Her hair currently looks like tentacles, but the new one looks great. However, with the visual change came some balance changes, one of which caught my eye.
Impure Shots (W) no longer applies grievous wounds.
Impure Shots would now only act as an attack speed buff and a reset to her passive.
Miss Fortune's grievous wounds make her unique from other adc's and is essential to her kit. It makes her relevant in the current meta, and is a major reason why she is picked.
Miss Fortune is already a no-escape adc. If she is jumped on or locked down she can't jump away like Tristana or dash like Lucian. Having her W activating her passive won't change this. If she activates her passive in a team fight it will quickly get taken down again by a champion or minion. Having grievous wounds will be much more valuable to her during fights than being able to activate her passive.
Other than the lack of grievous wounds, the new Miss Fortune changes look great, and so does the new skin. Love, Bambooman25
