Super tired of going through 12 lobbies and half an hour to play.

Anyone else noticed that their que times are easily tripled (25-35 mins has been pretty standard for me.) now that you go through a dozen lobbies? Either someone doesn't lock or the person who picked fill for short ques gets supp and drops when you won't give up your lane. I love the new system, but I don't know if the penalties for leaving are getting it done.
