Could someone explain to me why Minion Block was introduced to this game?

it's always been there. i could give you some rito approved reason but that's basically it. it was made worse like 2 seasons ago when rito tried something with pathing calculations
It was always there, and was perfectly fine, but Riot had heads up bums looking for more ways to shake down players for money and hit the "sprinkle bad decisions into League" button several times on accident.
