Could someone explain to me why Minion Block was introduced to this game?

it's always been there. i could give you some rito approved reason but that's basically it. it was made worse like 2 seasons ago when rito tried something with pathing calculations

Nobody likes it. The only minion block there should be is for enemy minions, because that at least makes sense. Not your own fuckin minions!

Recently I've been having huge problems with dodging aswell Example: Yesterday I dodged a lux ultimate, but the champion changed the walking path by itself and went the other way around .... it's like you click RIGHT then the champion starts moving RIGHT but due to miinion block it calculates ALONE that it actually woould be better to go LEFT and so it goes back... like seriously?

It was always there, and was perfectly fine, but Riot had heads up bums looking for more ways to shake down players for money and hit the "sprinkle bad decisions into League" button several times on accident.
