Like seriously though bring out a reward system for ppl to play support. Maybe 50 more ip if u play support or some kind of bonus. This new que is ridiculously stupid long for gold elo. why do i have to wait 10 min per que and THEN wait for everyone to ban and pick champs like its 20 minute process to get a game on the go and its fucking stupid. Riot please fix this. Offer some kind of reward system for playing support, like seriously.

last night i was in queue for 18 minutes in silver lol. i'd imagine there are more supports in high elo though.

50 ip would likely break there system for limiting content. Not to mention that to the more experienced players, ip is a non factor.

Right now they should bank on there new hex craft system. That way, people will have to play support if they want to unlock all the content offered by that system. (Cause you know, every support is a chest waiting to be unlocked.)

i dont that, every game when i dont fill is at least 5 min, and when i do fill its within 10 secs everytime

There in lies the problem, since I'll safely (I think) assume the other 19 were support. I really wouldn't mind queueing as something primary and secondary support except for the fact that IF I put that I nearly always will get support. Almost never any other role, even my primary is glazed over.
So I don't put fill or support. Until they solve that, the issue will remain.

It needs way more thought than that. IP is meaningless for long-time players. Something actually considered good just gets you "lol I queued support for my reward" and locking in Master Yi or something.

Then it'll be "Riot fix people trolling for rewards pls"...

Support needs to change, people need to change, or the game needs to change... I don't have the answer myself.
