problem matchmaking

I got problems with match making ( game disconnection issues ), i try 3 times to start a game, i can choose a champ but when we are going ingame, i disconnect 3 times in a row, very frustrating. trough that problem im now in low matchmaking trough a fould of League of legends self.

PS, i got still the game disconnection issue and cant play a match.

Can you guys fix this problem?
