Fun Urf combos

Wondering if anyone had some cool combos to talk about, preferably laning partners. Had a game I actually kinda felt bad about, my friend picked nami and I picked cho'gath. People headed off in different directions, and she and I ended up in the same lane, unplanned. Turns out, the cooldowns and durations on rupture and aqua prison line up to where you can perma knock-up both of your opponents indefinitely. I can post a vid, if you guys want. Anyway I'm sure you guys have seen many similar combos, thought it might be fun to post some here.
