[ARURF] Bug: Warmog's Armor Not Working as Intended

Warmog's Armor is not granting Warmog's Heart to champions who have over 3000 health, as stated in its item description. Here, my Soraka has nearly three million HP (2839k, which is 2,839,000), which is much greater than 3000, and yet I do not have the Warmog's Heart buff.

As a fan of League of Legends and a close, personal friend to Urf, the Manatee, I hope that this issue is quickly resolved.
