Rework Stacking Items

Why does Mejai's still exist so long after the others?

I think adaptive power is an opportunity to rework Mejai's into an item for offense, giving adaptive AD or AP. It would keep the MS buff at high stacks.

We could also build an item that stacks for defense. It would stack HP, and give MS when chasing enemy champions.

Anything of the sort could be interesting.
