Ranked Placement is Broken

I won 8 out of 10 in my qualifications and got in to bronze 5...... your ranking system is broken and unfair... i took all the skills i developed and learned last season and still got in to bronze 5 i have friends that won 5 out of 10 and got in to silver..... i couldn't even get in to bronze 1..... its not fair
