Smart Cast With Range Indicator Quick Button in Keybindings

When you open up the menu at the start of the game, there is a quick panel for adjusting your keybindings between Normal Cast or Smart Cast but unless you enable the option to have all of your keybindings be Smart Cast With Range Indicator you have to go through adjusting keybindings the old-fashioned way.

Since some people are often confused by this request I'll give an example: when I play Ryze I have all of my abilities Smart Cast and item 1 and 3 Smart Cast With Range Indicator, but when I play Lee Sin, I Smart Cast W, E, R, and Item 3 but Q is Smart Cast With Range Indicator.

Can a button be added under the current Smart Cast Quick Button for Smart Cast With Range Indicator?
