first i was walk into lane ok, then i spin att him, only do 10% of his hp wow, he use q and do 30% to me wtf So then i got lv2, i got e q e out do sum dmg to garen, he got lv 2 sudden and does hiw q e spin combo and do 50% of my hp WOW

this champ so bs. i can't do anything against him , people say renek counter garne, THEY ARE WRONG, no one counter garen he is the most over power piece of shit ever existd

fuken garen ruining my game, fix ur system roit , gut garen

Uhm, Renekton ISN'T a counter for Garen, quite the opposite, if you want to counter Garen you need someone with ranged harass EG. Pantheon Teemo Jayce Yorick or you can go Darius as he has innate armour pen and true damage.

I've played Rek'sai against Garen and have won my lane against him almost all the time. Like 99%... It would be 100% if I didn't get camped by the jungler and the mid. It works because true damage isn't affected by Garen's damage reduction and you can just build pure AD against him and poke him with your true damage. Rek'sai against Garen especially works if you got full scaling AD runes - dat 52 AD at level 18.

Garen is a strong early and mid game champ. But in all honesty he has no real benefit in team play. He has a silence sure, but no real peal at all. Fighting 1v1 Garen is a beast against most champs, especially againstAD carries. Unless they have a ton of mobility and slows. But he can not carry a game by himself. If you are trying to counter Garen, pick an AP top like Vlad, Lissandra, Hiemer and Ziggs. But against most ad bruisers Garen will win.
