TELEPORT TAKES TOO LONG!!!

As i am writing right now i am playing a game in league. I have considered of picking Teleport as my summoner name for as it is very essential for a declaration of a team fight or a start of a team fight. As i first noticed it in the patch notes. 4.5 seconds is not as bad as it looks like but in game. It seems like it takes forever to channel. If you would teleport into a team fight. Team mates would already be dead and you're there left to be killed. If you would teleport to initiate a fight, enemy team is already far away from your reach. In conclusion, i think it is stupid for teleport to be nerfed into a 4.5 second channel without any buffs or balance into it. You have just made the summoner spell to be weaker in its purpose.

I was playing top lane. Used TP to gank bot lane, the enemy top laner used it too. Started channeling. Fiddle feared my ADC. I went to the kitchen, made a sandwich. Cleaned the garage. I went back I was still channeling and my ADC was dead. Dead with fear. I canceled the TP and pushed top all the way to the nexus. Their top laner was commited with his TP. We won the game. Just use your TP to bait the enemy toplaner to use his and cancel yours. Free toplane.

Tl;dr: 1- Bait the enemy toplaner with TP. 2- While he channels his TP push the top lane and win. 3- ?????? 4- Profit.

It's still a good spell, just means TP plays need to be planned instead of reactionary....
