When are we buffing/reworking Nunu?

I miss taking Nunu mid or top and blasting people with 1:1 AP ratios and massive base damages on E and R.

Nunu in his current state is nothing more than a MS+AS buff/slow bot with an Ult that will NEVER do its job to decimate teams because mobility creep is too good now. Nunu can barely even support let alone jungle because MUH LCS BIG PLAYS are more important to balance than the Yeti Rider who trolls the hell out of the enemy team. Having access to two smites and one giving him a boost to his HP is cool and all, but what is that passive? How has he managed to keep that" punch things 5 times for a free cast" passive all these years? Its literally a worse version of Lissandras passive that is dead weight for a lane Nunu.
