Leaver Buster is WRECKED and BUSTED

I believe in the leaverbuster because this kind of game requires team play and leaving players or afk's create a negative gaming experience...

That said I still think that the Leaver Buster isn't correctly programmed for example:

If the your account constantly and I mean as if you left 1 or 2 games in a row then punishment should go after the 2nd or 3rd time.

If people has problems while a game and got disconnected and try to go back as happened in my last game that right before I connected the team surrendered and I got banned for 5 matches straight with a 20MINS wait before EACH game (WTF)...20 mins... way excessive...

Now I find it VERY rude and stupid to ban somebody just for leaving ONE game now come on and on top of it 20 MINS QUEUE???

People should give ideas/ suggestions about how to better up this system because it is really annoying and this also promotes people to have multiple accounts due to the unjustified bans, the system is NOT perfect as RIOT make it look and if this keeps up is one less player and probably and hopefully some will think the same...

And I believe that my claim is not some kids whining because I paid real money here so lets get serious and give us what we really pay for.

So come on any ideas??? lets make this work and turn it into a better gaming experience!!!

dosn't matter what you say because this community will just say shit along the lines that the system dosn't make mistakes and you musta left more then 1 game. Tell me more o wise community about how "computers don't make mistakes"

Well, they don't. At least, their failure rates are so many orders of magnitude below reason as to be negligible.

However, programmers make mistakes, and that's a different conversation, and the point you're actually trying to make.

a) It depends upon the context of the leaving. For example, let's say the game went on for 5-10 minutes during which period you died or another event signifying a significant 'failure' on your part. Then you leave. The game continues for another 30 minutes, and your team loses, but it's clearly a close game statistically, and one in which you had time to return given a normal circumstance, and you didn't. Now, it's POSSIBLE, that this happened due to extenuating circumstances, but stochastically across the entire league? I bet such a condition is one out of 100, and I'd rather catch the 99 trolls with the one good. There's a balance here, I agree, and it's one we should weight heavily in the favor of zero false-positives, but it won't be perfect.

b) You shouldn't have said that, it only invites trolls.

c) There isn't a singular idea. A more constructive conversation would be to list all of the situations in which leavers DO occur and ways that they can be programmatically identified, then suggest Riot implement said logic. I realize that's boring, but if you really want to incite change, that's how you do it.

i once had a bugsplat and whenever i reconnected, it gave me bugsplat again. i tired for like 30 minutes and when i finally could reconnect, game was almost over. after that, i got banned aswell for one day. when i wrote a ticket to riot, they said i it shows i left 20 games in a row. i told them to check my full game list and that its impossible, its just from one game. but they didnt care. as usual.
