Irelia Q Issue

How come sometimes when using Q Bladesurge on a low health minion she will also double Bladesurge without pressing Q to the nearest minion? Thus losing a reset chance. I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me in game causing me to lose kill power or lane pressure and give up first blood or Q to nearby minion after landing a stun or ULT and miss out on the reset that I would of had to Q the enemy.

Might be because you're somehow double-pressing it with another minion close by?

Has happened to me countless times.. Some say it's because I do double press but I never did that with old Irelia, weird.
