Special note about Reaver;
If you are not going to be spamming Q all day and worry about your mana just to escape, take the

Because you are not going to need to stack mana because you are not going to want to lose lane pressure building both manamune and reaver.

Late game you do absolutely insane damage. You make tanks look like they never even bought armor/hp.
sounds good to me but im also thinking of the Edge and dancer as jayjas said

Feel free to incorporate whatever you need, league is all about situation. I give you some sample items, you play them how you wish!
The reason why people build trinity force or iceborn on ezreal is because his q procs spellblade, and you end up casting q usually about every 1.5 seconds in a fight. This means you have one of the highest synergies with the spellblade passives in the game, and it puts out alot of damage with triforce or almost permaslows people with iceborn
you have to build infinity edge and phantom dancer. 1st and 2nd item.
Build AD when in bot lane, and AP when in mid lane. Bot lane depends on attack damage output for the ADC position. There are some good builds you can see in the other comments.
For the ad who do you suggest me to listen to?
then situational. This doesn't really work as well for late game, but it provides early game stack on crit. Reaver passive should through you at 40% with another crit item with gauntlet.

Notice "The League of Ezreal" has commented on your question about
Full tank with whatever this is...
Normally i use LOLKing and look up build if i find one i like i'd use it
There is the blue build and the trinity build. The blue build, the one with the iceborn, is more common, because it makes your q's slow the target and is a good deal cheaper than the trinity forces builds. Since people have posted good blue builds, ill just put a trinity force build down
Also, you see a lot of people building
with
. THis doesnt make sense because you only really good good cdr on essance reaver with other crit items.
P.S. if the enemy has a champ that is building any armor item, you need a last whisper item, or even a black cleaver, at some point.
I would say it is best entirely to do whatever build your team needs for that particular game.
Blue Ezreal has lower damage but makes up for it with enhanced kiting potential against teams with low mobility or are otherwise subject to being kited well. He is also very tanky if you choose to spec into defense masteries, so it does pretty well against assassins too.
Triforce/Damage Ezreal is good if your team straight up needs damage, you need siege/poke without kiting, are unable to kite the enemy team (yi, too much mobility, etc)
Then theres always a more hybrid/AP build as you need it depending on your party setup/their setup etc. If you have a kindred jungle or a graves jungle and possibly an AD mid, you can probably swing this to round out your damage types, or if the enemy team is extremely susceptible to burst and physically cannot stack MR against you (team full squish).
There is no single Ezreal build, and there shouldnt be one. He is adaptable to most games and is thus generally a safe pick if youre first pick ADC. Hes just really poor at being specialized (most other ADCs can do individual pieces of his better; MF burst, corki mixed damage, pretty much any other ADC damage, Kalista kiting, Graves tanky), he can just do whatever it is that his team needs.
iceborn muramana, essence reaver are essential
I wouldn't say
is necessarily essential, depends on the build.
