Have you seen what a lethality Jhin does on his 4th shot when strong?

Add a item 3036 with total armor pen on that and you have the god of midgame taking to the stage.

Cheapest build path available to the marksmen in the next patch and its also a early game one.......praise the god of fourth.

Oh and we are also getting item 3153 / item 3071 Lucian back, because another early game bully that just melts anything is a good idea x)

You can ignore that ppl is circlejerking assasins now if you want, but cmon, it's pretty obvious.

And yes, there's ppl that disagrees with the majority just like some ppl disagrees about adcs circlejerk, but you just have to check which posts reach frontpage to check what's the more popular bias in the Boards atm.

It's his W. His E is the...honestly kinda useless snare. It's pretty much just poke, I don't think I've seen it used while empowered except on accident.

His W, and it's a poor man's cleanse. If you use the empowered W, you're not going to empower Q, which is usually needed to one shot an enemy. Also, W is only a cleanse, meaning you still have to time it properly which won't work if the enemy team baits it with a hard CC and keeps another one on standby. W is not a get out of jail free card, it has many drawbacks.

If you let an Assassin get 40 kills you deserve to get oneshot constantly just like if you get an ADC 40 kills you deserve to get shredded or if you get a juggernaut 40 kills you deserve to get run down.

had a rengar one game the only way our team wouldn't get decimated by him every time is to spam exhaust on him within the second you see him. same as your game, it was rough, but he eventually became useless. not too long of a c/d on exhaust. as a support i pretty much always hold onto the exhaust for assassins if they are in the game..past laning phase anyways. it's basically the I-win button.

and you never got to kill him trading 1 for 1 either? ever huddle together during his ult? what role were you? a decent support makes assassins useless, that's why they are never played professionally.

I was the support and like each time he ulted at the start of the teamfight, I tried to find him to stun him and prob. summoner 3 him but it didn't matter because he was lvl 18 full build and we were 14-15 and he still one shot us... We had a pretty good start to that game actually, bot&mid were winning top was like equal, but after rengar got a couple of kills everything started to go downhill. He wouldn't let us get anywhere past our inhib tower

next time exhaust first. exhausts are instant.. they have no cast time. i usually play soraka when i'm support, and at first i thought i should silence first then exhaust.. and the silence is an instant cast unlike most stuns...but it wasn't enough...he still got kills, got to get it down ASAP. after i started to exhaust him as the first button, he no longer got kills and we won an easy game that took way longer than it should have. he had full build when the rest of us had like 3 items btw.

You cant make serious commentary on a game where you were -4 levels to the enemy's assassin. It says nothing about how balanced a champion is to evaluate them under those circumstances. But only highlights how bad your team was to get snowballed on so hard. You dont need Rengar to achieve that if youre facing bad players.

All this thread does is highlight your own ignorance about the power of level advantages. Thay ignorance is no doubt a big factor in why you get slapped around so easily.

The thing is he needs to be this strong becasue riot refuses to give him an early game. When they removed his ability to stack ferocity they took away any decision making in his early game. When they reverted him and he was struggling to be relevant they prefered to buff his damage instead of giving him any possibility to be relevent early game without it.

tbh i find a good lb much more threatening...especially now that she's reverted. can and will gank you just as much. doesn't necessarily need any preparation, can w r q e kill you from a screen away in a second, and come back for more. i think she's a hell of a lot better of an assassin than rengar, she just can't jg. maybe i'm biased cuz i just play her and not rengar.

Yeah, that's what happens when a enemy gets 42 kills within 36 mins and is 3 level higher than you, 2 more items, and god knows how many stacks if they're running that one keystone. So yeah, the fed assassin is going to assassinate you, that's how they work. This could have all been prevented if your team played right or had a decent comp. I mainly blame you for him being such a threat. There's a reason tank support was meta for 5 seasons on end. You're support supposed to be the CC of the team, you should be the one locking this Rengar down as CC is an assassins biggest counter. However, you choose to go lux, which looking at the score of your adc, didn't go that well.

Side note, this is how assassins are and always will be. Most of their kits lack depth and complexity, so they either one shot you, or their damage is non-existent. I don't see you coming and making posts about how the enemy Rengar didn't get any kills early so he just dived and got deleted every team fight. Making it a easy 4v5, because he gets fed just as often as he is useless. Therefore, don't come whining to the boards about a champion when you feed him 42 kills.
