millions of players.... it would stand to reason that it takes a bit. but i've been playing for six years and never needed to contact them for anything, so this one incident is a drop in the pail to the number of hours most of us have played.

I don't think I've heard of a support ticket taking more than 2 or 3 days to get a response.
