Automatically display Mastery Emote on First Blod?

Hi, I'm very new so sorry. In your emote settings you can set emotes to the emote wheel and to automatically pop up on Ace or First Blood or such. Can you put the mastery emote in these slots? It seems like other people's mastery emotes pop up when they do these things, but I don't see it anywhere in the list.
