leaver bann issues

So about this whole leave buster I understand the idea of it and it does work good. But last night my ISP was having problems and caused my net to crash said it would be back up in a hour or so. So with that being said people get the leaver bann for reasons they cannot control? Riot need to do something about this because waiting 20 mins to enter a game for something you can't control is stupid. Maybe have a specific email Players can contact if they feel they have been leaver banned for wrong reasons where they don't have to wait 3 days to get it removed?

How is Riot supposed to know if it was truly an ISP accident or not? Just tell them and they lift the ban? Everyone banned would just do that then. There's no way to only filter out the intentional leavers without banning any innocent people. That's just the harsh reality of it.

And just to let you know you wouldn't be banned 3 days for one incident. You've either been having a lot of ISP problems lately or you've been leaving other games as well.

Riot doesn't hand out penalty that generously, I've got to low priority queue when I afked or rage quit about 3 or 4 games in 15. 1 game would not have gotten you to a 20 minutes wait time unless you have been getting bad internet for a rather long period, in which you should stop queueing until your internet is back up

What I am saying is this is a game correct? to bann people without knowing the actions or issues they may have had in real life makes no sense it won't be long....
